You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service, and any service or material we provide on the website, in our sole discretion without notice.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Queuemate offers various subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly). By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All fees are in Thai Baht (THB) and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Paid subscriptions are set to renew automatically. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Payment will be deducted from your saved credit card profile.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the system will calculate the remaining value of your current plan (Proration) and apply it as a discount towards the new plan. Upon a successful upgrade, your billing cycle will reset, and a new period will begin from the upgrade date.
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time through your dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made before the end of the term.
Card payments are processed securely via Paysolutions, a certified payment gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. You must ensure that your payment information is current and has sufficient funds for renewal.
In no event shall queuemate.co or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on queuemate.co's website.
